Comments: This is a mosaic stitch, so you work one colour at a time and slip all the stitches that need to stay in the opposite color. I think this would have been better if I had used two yarns of the same weight - this DK is a bit on the thick side, and of course the sock yarn is a 4-ply so the contrast here is quite obvious - the brown ends up getting a little lost , I think.
